Fire & Ice Registered Massage $125
Rejuvenate mind and body with this circulation boosting contrast therapy. Helps our clients decrease pain and increase circulation to areas of injury and restricted blood flow by utilizing alternating hot and cold specialized stones. The idea of the Fire and Ice Massage is to help you reduce stress, relax and detoxify. The principle is that the cold makes blood vessels constrict, stimulating the nervous system and drawing out blood and toxins, while the warmth expands the blood vessels and flushes the toxins away. 60 Minute treatment provided by a Registered Massage Therapist, receipts provided.
Therapeutic Head/Scalp Treatment $100
Therapeutic head massage involves the manipulation of the muscles of the head, neck and shoulders. Warm oil is massaged throughout the scalp, neck and shoulders to relax tight muscles in these regions. A head/scalp massage can be very effective in TMJ issues, reducing stress, reducing headaches and migraines and boosting blood flow, which can also encourage hair growth. 45 Min treatment. Receipts provided.

Pregnancy Massage Information
Our registered massage therapist who is specially trained in pre-natal massage, will offer all the support cushions and pillows needed to provide a comfortable and proper pre and post-pregnancy massage. Our RMT’s ensure your comfort and safety is their first priority. Therefore we require that expectant mothers choose the pregnancy massage option at all stages of pregnancy. The therapists will have you lay on your side on a flat comfy/cushioned massage table with a body cushion and pillow(s) to provide all the necessary support and comfort.
Our table set up prep requires us to have you select this option if you no longer can lay on your stomach. We do not recommend hot stone massage during pregnancy with our RMT's.
